Cancellation Policy:
We recognise that plans change and life events sometimes interfere with one’s ability to attend a planned seminar, training or event. With a minimum of 48 hours notice, we will happily rebook attendees in another event.
Failure to attend a seminar, training or event, without notifying us 48 hours in advance will be considered a ‘no show’ and the entire course fee will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to cancel events if we do not reach minimum registrations. We will notify attendee of a cancellation prior to the start date. In this case, attendee may choose to either have their event fees refunded or transferred to another event.
